Booking Policy

All our clients are required to book and pay for their treatments/ services online via our booking system. 

Our booking system is fully integrated with our website. It enables you to book and manage your appointments. It’s very easy to use and once you have registered and logged in you will be able to select the treatment/service and date and time you would like and make your booking. It will also show you the duration of your treatment/service. 

As a courtesy, we will  send a SMS 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

** For clients that do not have internet access, we allow telephonic bookings. Alternatively, they can visit the salon to book and pay for their treatments/services. 

Gratuities / Tips 

Are appreciated at the end your treatment /service and of course are discretionary. We are able to add them to your credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. You will receive a full refund in the form of a voucher valid for 3 months only. 

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject charged the full treatment/service amount. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Late Arrivals

We ask that clients call the salon and notify us if they will be arriving late for their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be reopened and made available for clients wanting to book. 

Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

Covid-19 Protocol

  1. As much as we would like to hug you, we need to refrain from hugs and handshakes only air hugs for now.

  2. Upon arrival we will check you in, your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer (if your temp is to high or low you would have to reschedule).

  3. We will not offer reading material such as magazines and books until further notice. You are welcomed to use our complementary Wi-Fi. 

  4. You must reschedule if you feeling are sick and have been around people or a person who has tested positive for covid-19 in the last 14 days.

  5. Each client must bring their own mask, one that loops around the ears. Keep in mind if you are getting your colour/dye done, we cannot guarantee colour will not get on it. 

  6. Please note that we do not accept and handle cash at the salon. 

  7. Our beverage bar is temporarily unavailable, we ask that you refrain from bringing food / beverages into the salon, we will have water on hand if needed.

  8. Each client will be asked to apply hand sanitizer upon arrival.
